Taming the Tongue

James 3:3-6

This passage carries a strong message about the tongue.Words that we say usually has a greater impact than we knew it ever would. Words that we say can have a double meaning for others. At various points in time,we may have let something slip or said something that shouldn't have been let out of our mouths.

All those times, how i wished i just kept my mouth shut, how i wished i could take all those words back. And how they have shaped my life today.But...it's all in the past.Someone once told me that right now,it's not about the past, nor the present, but the future. You can't re-do any of those things, but it's not late to start and change things. It takes time, but nothing is impossible with God! Friendships can be built or re-built,we have to learn to forgive each other.Words should be said, words of forgiveness, words of remorse, and simple words to start a conversation.
